Terms of Service
These terms describe Kabuby's current, limited service: an internal business-intelligence and market-research platform under development and validation.
Service description
Kabuby analyzes authorized public-data sources to research emerging consumer behaviors, recurring problems, unmet needs, workarounds, trends, solution gaps and potential commercial opportunities. Its outputs are evidence-based research artifacts, not automatic commercial decisions.
Current development status
Kabuby is under active development and validation. It currently operates as an internal tool, does not offer public user accounts and may change, suspend or remove experimental features without notice.
Permitted use
Kabuby may be used only for lawful, authorized market research, technical validation and internal business intelligence. Users must respect applicable laws, provider terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights and access controls.
Prohibited use
- Unauthorized access, credential sharing, security circumvention or extraction of restricted information.
- Artificial engagement, metric manipulation, harassment, profiling based on sensitive attributes or deceptive representation of provider data.
- Using research output as proof of sales, demand or individual behavior when the underlying evidence does not establish it.
- Uploading, altering or deleting third-party content through functionality that Kabuby does not provide.
Third-party services
Kabuby relies on independently operated data and infrastructure providers. Their services, content and availability are governed by their own terms and policies. Kabuby does not control those services and does not guarantee their continued availability.
YouTube API Services
Kabuby uses YouTube API Services only for bounded, read-only research involving permitted public search results and video or channel metadata. Kabuby does not upload, modify or manage YouTube content, channels, comments or engagement.
Use of YouTube-related functionality is subject, where applicable, to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and the Google Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Kabuby does not claim ownership of YouTube videos, YouTube API data or other third-party content. All rights in third-party services and content remain with their respective owners. Kabuby's own software, presentation and independently created analysis remain subject to their applicable rights.
No endorsement
Kabuby is independent. It is not YouTube, Google or another data provider and is not represented as sponsored, approved or endorsed by them. References to third-party services identify evidence sources only.
Research and information disclaimer
Kabuby outputs may be incomplete, uncertain, time-sensitive or contradicted by later evidence. They are not legal, financial, investment, tax or professional advice and do not guarantee market demand, profitability, product suitability or commercial success. Human review and independent verification remain necessary.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis during development. Provider outages, quotas, policy changes and maintenance may limit evidence availability. Missing provider evidence is not treated as negative market evidence.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kabuby's operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or commercial losses arising from reliance on experimental research output or third-party service availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Kabuby's validated capabilities and obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
